The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience managing creative projects in an agency or in-house setting, proficiency in project management tools, and experience with multi-channel creative projects (print, packaging, digital). Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential.

As a Creative Project Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring the seamless execution of creative projects that bring groundbreaking products to life. This role requires a blend of strong project management skills, creative insight, and the ability to navigate a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with creative, brand, and New Product Development teams to understand project requests, define objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Review project briefs and ensure alignment with team capabilities, providing clear responses to internal and external inquiries.
  • Facilitate meetings to establish next steps and provide actionable direction to all stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery (on time or early), within budget, and error-free, while exceeding creative expectations.
  • Use Wrike (or similar tools) to track project progress, manage resources, and optimize production workflows.
  • Act as the key point of contact between stakeholders and the Creative team, ensuring alignment, resolving issues, and keeping projects on track.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing creative projects in a creative agency or in-house creative environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Wrike to manage workflows and track progress.
  • Hands-on experience with multi-channel creative projects, including print, packaging, and digital media.
  • Strong understanding of design and creative processes with an ability to proactively anticipate and solve challenges.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to juggle competing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster effective relationships with diverse teams.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results.

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and commit to an assignment of at least 10 weeks.
