Scopely is looking for a  Director, Product Growth to join our industry leading game, WWE Champions on a remote U.S. basis

What You’ll Do

The Director of Growth is a key role responsible for driving audience growth. You will set strategies and lead a team of cross-functional experts to deliver features, content, and improvements that optimize the user experience. You will play a pivotal role in connecting the marketing strategy to the product strategy to ensure we attract even more players to the universe of WWE Champions, and retain them once they join.

  • You will partner with the marketing department to drive a player-centric marketing and product strategy that delivers healthy and sustainable active player and revenue growth. A focus on identifying opportunities to expand the audience through traditional and non-traditional avenues while leading product improvements within the game that add value to players is vital.
  • Success in this role will be evaluated by showing a healthy new audience and DAU growth while enabling successful marketing KPI results.
  • Collaborate with Analytics and User Research teams to conduct quantitative and qualitative research and analysis to identify user pain points and product opportunities, define product roadmap and set feature priorities
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department to develop a deep understanding of the marketing ecosystem to create product features to drive marketing efficiency, user and revenue growth
  • Engage with Product Directors dedicated to longer-term roadmap strategy and immediate game performance to ensure our growth strategy maintains a holistic experience for our players.
  • Own and drive projects from ideation through implementation and launch, focusing on excellent execution and results. Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple activities/projects simultaneously. This includes:
    • Shaping community engagement strategy and impact
    • Evaluating CS + VIP structure and best practices
    • Drafting ASO methods and priorities
    • Liaising with UA team and communicating to broader team
    • Driving new install initiatives and churn prevention campaigns
    • Providing Growth product feedback on specs & PRDs
    • Building relationships with third parties (i.e. brand integrations, WWE licensor, etc.)
  • Oversee Growth Product Managers and a Growth Product development pod in the product management process. This includes:
    • Collaborate in drafting product requirement documents,        
    • Review UX/UI designers to create wireframes         
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to investigate tech requirements and develop tech plans        
    • Set milestones and KPIs for the team        

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven track record of building impactful features that positively impact product KPIs
  • Demonstrated experience working on large, high performing, live service titles, and delivering results
  • Experience engaging with active communities and creating evangelists.
  • Solid understanding of the mobile marketing ecosystem including related technologies, ad-tech, attribution, lifecycle marketing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills. Experience with roadmap development preferred
  • Experience developing successful community-led features
  • Understanding of multi-platform marketing and engagement, ideally with experience on a multi-platform title in a senior role

For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY and WA, the annual salary range is $186,300 - 291,000, plus equity, bonus and benefits including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time-off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
