Summary

Trendyol seeks Operational Development & Excellence Professionals to monitor key performance metrics, execute project plans, and improve business processes. ABOUT THE TEAM
If you want to feel the heartbeat of Trendyol, you’re in the right place! The Operations Team manages end-to-end operational activities and development processes in the competitive marketplace. Within the Operations Team, there are six main focused disciplines: Planning, Analytics, Cost & Charge, Fulfillment Operations, Operational Excellence, Seller and Delivery Operations, Warehouse Design, and Business Intelligence.

Your Main Responbilities

    • Monitoring key performance metrics and executing project plans with teams to improve business processes and functions
    • Providing solutions and developments according to operation and business needs by owning it end-to-end from design to implementation
    • Bringing new insights into way of doing business, by brainstorming activities based on numerical analysis and reports
    • Raise awareness and maintain the culture of continuous improvement
    • Having business judgement and good instincts while working closely with technology teams
    • Working as part of a data-oriented and multifunctional team

Qualities We're Looking For

    • University degree (BSc or MSc) in Industrial Engineering or related engineering background
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business and operations development, project management (E-commerce logistics experience is a plus)
    • Excellent level of written and spoken English
    • Passionate to work with multiple departments (e.g. tech, ops, finance, delivery, customer exp)
    • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders, with strong cross-team coordination skills
    • Strong sense of analytical thinking, result-oriented and eager to learn
    • Excellent at Excel and SQL is a plus

We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.

We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and  August.

The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
