Parts Advisor 零件管理顧問 (Service Center)

The Parts Advisor at Tesla Taiwan's Service Center is responsible for managing parts inventory, processing orders, and ensuring efficient parts supply for after-sales service. Key responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone and email, receiving and shipping materials, maintaining accurate records in the dealer management system (DMS), resolving supplier issues related to shipping and packaging, meticulously tracking repair times, costs, and materials used, negotiating delivery terms with suppliers, and generating regular reports. The ideal candidate possesses basic automotive maintenance knowledge, experience in parts and materials management, familiarity with DMS and MS Office software, and at least three years of experience in materials and logistics management. Excellent written communication skills in English and Chinese are required.
