Für unser Office/HR-Team in unserer Zentrale in Frankfurt suchen wir ab sofort einen Büroassistent Front Desk / Rezeptionist (m/w/d). Du repräsentierst das Unternehmen als erste Anlaufstelle für unsere internationalen Besucher und Mitarbeiter. Idealerweise verfügst du über eine positive Ausstrahlung, ein sicheres Auftreten, einen Blick für Details und die Bereitschaft, anderen zu helfen. Dies ist die ideale Stelle für eine/n Empfangsmitarbeiter/in mit Berufserfahrung.
Aufgaben
- Entgegennahme, Weiterleitung und Weitergabe von Telefonnachrichten sowie Entgegennahme von Nachrichten
- Begrüßung, Betreuung und/oder Weiterleitung internationaler Besucher
- Zusammenarbeit mit HR
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Gästeroutine
- Mithilfe bei der Vorbereitung von Sitzungen/Besprechungsräumen
- Beantwortung von Fragen des Publikums
- Entgegennahme und Sortierung von Post und Lieferungen
- Planung von Terminen
- Allgemeine administrative und bürotechnische Unterstützung
- Bestellung von Lebensmitteln und anderem Büromaterial
- Regelmäßige weitere administrative Tätigkeiten
Anforderungen
- Ausgezeichnete persönliche Präsentation und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
- Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit und Fähigkeit, jede Aufgabe zu bewältigen
- Fähigkeit, Beziehungen innerhalb des Unternehmens aufzubauen, Teamfähigkeit, Serviceorientierung
- Kenntnisse von administrativen und bürotechnischen Abläufen sowie Verwaltung von Informationen
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Computern und relevanten Softwareanwendungen wie MS Office / Outlook
- Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Interesse an der Branche
- Bereitschaft, vor Ort in unserem Office in Frankfurt zu arbeiten
