You will be responsible for areas such as:
Collaboration within PwC network and externally on development of new client relationships and identification of new business opportunities.
Carrying out valuation engagements.
Manage teams, projects, and clients on a day-to-day basis.
Carrying out financial analysis of company's historic results and projections.
Conducting industry, market, macroeconomic researches.
Preparing feasibility studies.
Developing and delivering financial models.
Support other lines of services with valuation related assignments.
Support in verifying client’s/other valuer’s applied methodology of impairment tests of PPE/Goodwill, including DCFs, WACC calculations, etc.
Support in verifying client’s/other valuer’s fixed and intangible assets valuations (for IFRS purposes).
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
At least 7+ years of experience in valuation and financial modelling.
Practical experience in valuation of assets (specialised and non-specialised) within Cost, Market, and Income approaches.
Practical experience in valuation projects for IFRS purposes according to International and Ukrainian Valuation Standards.
Practical experience in financial modelling (DCF), ability to structure, build and review complex financial models.
Practical experience in projects’ approach, methodology and deliverables presentation and discussions with client’s management team.
Active appraiser certification (National valuation certificates) is a requirement.
International valuation certificates (RICS, TEGoVA, etc.) are a big plus.
Practical experience in report writing and the preparation of presentations.
Working English and Ukrainian languages.
Strong financial analytical skills and general business knowledge.
