Job Summary

Job Description

Smilegate Megaport's DB Platform team seeks an experienced DBA to manage and optimize their RDBMS infrastructure (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL). Responsibilities include ensuring data stability and security, optimizing performance, automating tasks, implementing IaC, and driving cost efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses at least 2 years of RDBMS experience in a gaming/platform environment, deep expertise in at least one DBMS, and experience with multiple vendors. Strong skills in high-availability configurations, scripting (e.g., Python), and cloud infrastructure (public/hybrid) are essential. Experience with Kubernetes and NoSQL databases is a plus.

Must have:

2+ years RDBMS experience in gaming/platform
Expertise in at least one DBMS (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Experience with multiple DBMS vendors
High-availability configuration knowledge
IaC and DB automation experience
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Good to have:

DA experience or DAP/DAsP certifications
Experience with NoSQL databases
Python scripting skills
Public/Hybrid Cloud experience
Kubernetes experience

담당업무

스마일게이트 메가포트의 DB플랫폼팀은 Mysql, SQL Server, PostgreSQL등 RDBMS 관련한 업무를 담당하고 있는 조직이에요. 우리는 아래와 같은 업무를 수행하며 목표를 향해 나아가고 있어요. - 데이터 안정성 확보 - 효율적 데이터 처리 - DB 보안 관리 - DB 성능 최적화 - RDBMS 운영 고도화 - RDBMS 운영 비용 효율화 담당하게 될 업무는 아래와 같아요 : - DB IaC 및 운영 고도화 - DB 업무 자동화 - DB 표준화 및 Migration

자격요건

- 게임/플랫폼 서비스 RDBMS 운영 경력 2년 이상 - 대규모 데이터 기반 DBMS 운영 관련 기반 지식을 보유하신 분 - 기술 스택 확장에 대한 두려움이 없으신 분 - IaC, DBaaS 등 기술 트렌드에 민감하신 분 - 능동적 사고력과 행동력을 가지신 분 - 협업 및 커뮤니케이션 능력이 뛰어나신 분

필요역량

- RDBMS 운영 및 SP 개발 경험 있으신 분 (SQL Server, Mysql, PostgreSQL 등) - RDBMS 고가용성 구성 관련 기반 지식 보유하신 분 - 최소 하나의 DBMS에 깊이 있는 전문 지식을 보유하신 분 - Vendor가 다른 DBMS 최소 2가지 이상 사용 경험 있으신 분 - 플랫폼 비즈니스에 대한 이해도 있으신 분 - Public Cloud 인프라 환경 이해 및 DBMS 운영 경험

우대사항

- DA 경험이 있으시거나 DAP 또는 DAsP 자격증 있으신 분 - 무중단 플랫폼 서비스 운영 경력이 있으신 분 - Python 등 개발 언어를 통한 서비스 개발 경력이 있으신 분 - Hybrid Cloud 인프라 환경에 대한 운영 경험 및 이해도가 있으신 분 - Kubenetes 환경에서 DB 운영 경험 있으신 분 - NoSQL 서비스 운영 경험 있으신 분
