Communicate with merchants and payment providers;
Provide technical support and troubleshooting complex technical issues;
Address issues and suggest solutions;
Analyze logs and integration code review.
2-3 years of experience in the payments field in a similar position;
Technical background (HTML, XML, PHP, JSON) in relation to API;
Knowledge of online payments technical integrations flows;
Experience working with API documentation, troubleshooting technical issues, logs analysis, and interactions with partners;
Understanding of integration process, experience in communication with business managers, technical managers, and developers;
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), project management experience;
Experience in communication with foreign customers and/or providers;
B2 English level or higher, with the ability to discuss tech aspects;
Experience in the creation and management of technical documentation.
