Job Description

Develop performance models for high-performance computing systems, focusing on advanced processors. Responsibilities include designing and implementing architectural models in C++, conducting performance analysis for system optimization, collaborating with architects and design teams to ensure model accuracy, and validating performance metrics against hardware implementations. This role requires proficiency in C++ and object-oriented programming, a solid understanding of computer architecture, and experience in creating and maintaining performance models. The position is for a Senior Performance Modeling Engineer based in Bucharest, Romania.

Must have:

Proficiency in C++ and OOP
Solid understanding of computer architecture
Experience in creating performance models

Good to have:

Exposure to x86 architecture
Knowledge of digital design and verification
Familiarity with scripting/automation tools

Project description

Take part in the development of performance models for high-performance computing systems, enabling accurate architectural analysis and optimization of advanced processors.

Responsibilities

Design and implement architectural models in C++

Conduct performance analysis and provide insights for system optimization

Collaborate with architects and design teams to ensure model accuracy

Validate performance metrics against hardware implementations

Skills
