Job Description

This position is for a Principal Engineer specializing in ASIC Development Engineering, specifically RTL Design. The engineer will be responsible for implementing RTL in Verilog/SV for complex designs with multiple clock domains. They will need expertise in various bus matrices, low power design methodology, and experience in Spyglass Lint/CDC checks. The role involves collaborating with Verification/Validation teams and requires excellent communication skills. The engineer is expected to be solution-oriented and able to ramp up quickly. The job involves designing and developing ASICs/IP for large SOCs and requires a strong understanding of digital design principles.

Must have:

7+ years of ASIC/IP Digital Design experience
Expertise in RTL implementation using Verilog/SV
Experience with AHB, AXI and NOC designs
Experience in low power design methodology
Experience in Spyglass Lint/CDC checks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good to have:

Experience in ARM processor and/or NAND Flash subsystems
Experience in clock domain crossing designs
Experience in Synthesis using DC, timing analysis
Expertise in Perl, Python, TCL language

Job Description

Bachelors or Masters in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
Minimum 7+yrs of experience in ASIC/IP Digital Design for large SOCs
Expertise in implementation of RTL in Verilog/SV for complex designs with multiple clock domains
Expertise with various bus matrices on AHB, AXI and NOC designs
Experience in ARM processor and/or NAND Flash subsystems would be a plus
Experience in low power design methodology and clock domain crossing designs
Experience in Spyglass Lint/CDC checks, report analysis and signoff
Experience in Synthesis using DC, timing analysis and closure would be a plus
Expertise in Perl, Python, TCL language is a plus
Ability to ramp-up quickly and work cohesively with Verification/Validation teams
Must have a good attitude and be solution-oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelors 7+ yrs experience or Master 6+ yrs experience or PhD with 3+ yrs experience in CS, CE, EE, EC or equivalent required.
