Job Description

The Principal Product Manager for Microsoft 365 in Prague, Czech Republic, will be responsible for developing and delivering the commercial compliance strategy for Microsoft 365. This role requires strong communication, technical, and compliance knowledge to work with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include representing Microsoft's controls to external vendors and regulatory bodies, developing communications strategies, identifying and evolving audit strategies, and facilitating cross-company collaboration on regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in product/service/project/program management or software development and a deep understanding of compliance requirements in a cloud computing environment.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree AND experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Represent Microsoft’s controls over regulatory requirements to external vendors, assessors, external customers and regulatory bodies.
Select, manage, and lead discussions with external regulators and customers to ensure that Compliance obligations are achievable in a fast-paced cloud computing environment.
Develop a communications strategy to evangelize our robust portfolio and innovative work to internal and external customers and executives.
Help identify and evolve an audit strategy to ensure the Compliance Program keeps pace with Office 365’s rapid growth while reducing the impact on operational teams.
Facilitate cross company collaboration in Regulatory Compliance by establishing partnerships with other Microsoft Security teams with the overarching goal of improving trust of Microsoft and its products.
