Responsibilities
Handle procurement requests across multiple categories, including but not limited to, HR services (Recruiting, training, personnel agency, Insurance), Outsourcing services (BPO, Project outsourcing), and consulting services (Legal, finance, research, certification) across difference business units.
Work closely with the global category team to work out a best procurement solution to contribute to internal client's key performance outcome.
Build category intelligence and insight by conducting deep dive global sourcing analysis and research.
Develop a robust qualified vendor pool by utilizing appropriate procurement evaluation tools and processes such as building sourcing strategy, RFX, contract negotiations and partnership management.
Provide the best procurement solutions / practices such as portfolio management, total cost analysis, risk assessment, and project timing forecast to the business units.
Manage end-to-end procurement cycle including negotiating and executing contracts, monitoring project deliverables and key milestones, developing supplier performance management programs, and building business allocation policies and procedures in order to manage supplier contractual obligations/violations.
Drive procurement efficiency and implement the best practices by creating contract frameworks, rating cards, catalogue buying, punch out, etc.
Build constructive and sustainable partnerships with key business stakeholders and establish in depth knowledge of each business unit.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Analytics, Operations Research, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Analytics, Operations Research, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:
Searching and analyzing internal and external financial, procurement, legal, or supplier data to build category intelligence and support strategic decision-making in professional services procurement;
Interfacing with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to negotiate and secure professional services procurement terms and pricing;
Planning and executing professional services procurement projects on time and within the pre-set budget;
Providing cost-benefit analysis related to alternate usage models including buying versus renting, insourcing versus outsourcing, and/or T&M (time and materials) versus fixed fee; and
Cleaning and modeling data based on the concept of Total Cost of Ownership to identify savings opportunities and create negotiation plans for professional services procurement.
Travel Requirement: Domestic and international travel required up to 15%.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $221458 - $223200 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
