As a Procurement Operations Analyst at Accenture, you will go beyond processing purchase orders to help clients save money and gain value from their spending on goods and services. You will be part of a procurement management team employing a systematic approach to identify needs, qualify suppliers, negotiate, contract, deliver, and analyze results. Your responsibilities include managing contract creation, ensuring compliance, execution, and analysis to maximize financial and operational performance while minimizing risk. You will work with peers within Accenture, receive moderate instruction, and your decisions will impact your work and potentially that of others. You will be an individual contributor within a team, focused on your scope of work.

What would you do? Go beyond processing purchase orders at lower costs to help clients reap savings and value from the billions they spend on the goods and services that run their day-to-day business operations. You will be working as a part of Procurement management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable. They are involved in the identification of need, finding and qualifying the suppliers, requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, delivery and analyzing results. Systematically and efficiently managing contract creation, ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions, execution, and analysis for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance and minimizing risk.

Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors • In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments • The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
