Project Analyst - Vitória/ES - Temporary

We are looking for a Project Analyst, with solid experience in project management and process mapping, to work on a strategic project focused on evaluating and improving management standards applied to major maintenance in the Exploration and Production (E&P) area.

This professional will provide specialized project engineering services, with a focus on alignment with global project management excellence standards (PMI).

Main Activities:

• Perform mapping and critical review of current project management processes focused on major maintenance;
• Conduct technical and methodological diagnosis, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement in existing processes;
• Propose recommendations and adjustments based on ISO 21500 standard, with a focus on increasing efficiency, control, and governance;
• Prepare consolidated technical report, with a structured action plan adhering to international best practices;
• Act as a transformation agent, promoting alignment between the client's internal processes and PMI standards.

Requirements:

• Completed higher education (engineering, administration, or related fields);
• Valid and updated PMP certification;
• Proven experience with mapping and restructuring project management processes;
• Knowledge of ISO 21500 guidelines and PMBOK practices;
• Ability to prepare technical diagnoses and executive reports;
• Excellent analytical skills, strategic vision, and results orientation;
• Previous experience in industrial environments or in the oil and gas sector will be a differential.

Differentials:

• Post-graduation or MBA in Project Management or related fields;
• Experience with large-scale projects or maintenance in the oil and gas segment.
