岗位职责
负责跨部门各团队之间的协调沟通与支持；
负责对于项目研发流程优化，风险识别及研发全周期的推动及功能验收；
优化和完善跨部门团队之间的项目协调和支持机制；
深度参与研发项目，协助团队提升项目品质和研发效率。
岗位要求
本科及以上学历，英语能作为工作语言；
具有良好的流程梳理能力、项目管理能力以及扎实的商业分析能力；
具备研发技术背景，具备评估产品功能工作量及技术难点拆解；
有较强的执行力和责任心，抗压能力强，能多线程推进任务；
大于3年游戏或C端用户平台等相关行业工作经验。
