Prototype Team Leader

We are looking for a Prototype Team leader who will be managing a Prototype team responsible for making prototypes of compressors.
 

Your challenges:

1) Team management

• ensure safety & health, 5S

• personal involvement (5mm, monthly meeting, AAI IS..)

• team competencies and skills development

• subcontractors follow up

2) Resource management

• -budget establishing (CAA, B1, OVH, HC)

• workload planning and justification (hours for 3 months planning)

• subcontractor management

• proto shop facility management (new equipment

• identification, justification, maintenance)

3) Cost optimisation

• budget follow up (hrs, HC, OVH), back on track AP

• preparation & management in case of deviation

• efficiency plan

• prototype technology benchmarking

4) Projects team support

• prototype built management (single component built on

• purchase, complete unit assembly, prototype control and check...)

• prototype logistics support/ management

• tuning phase support

• QCD targets respect, QRQC management to ensure

• solving of related problems

5) Ensure cooperation with laboratory

6) Ensure support to seriál production

• rework planning and management (WI, component control and check)

• rework traceability management

• QCD targets respect, QRQC management to ensure solving of related problem

Let´s talk about you:

• Higher education in technical field;

• At least 3 years’ experience in similar position

• Ability to manage a team

• Excellent communication skills

• Knowledge of English and Czech

• Automotive background
