Job Description

Level Infinite seeks an Esports Operations Manager for PUBG Mobile, focusing on overseas club ecosystem management. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing professional event rules, managing daily team communication, overseeing international competition on-site, understanding player needs, and creating incentive programs for overseas top clubs to promote their long-term growth. This role requires at least 3 years of team/league management experience, fluency in English and Chinese, a passion for esports, strong communication and collaboration skills, and experience in negotiating and project management.

Must have:

3+ years team/league management
Fluent English & Chinese
Passion for esports & PUBG Mobile
Strong communication & collaboration
Experience in international esports

Good to have:

Experience with esports leagues
Innovative thinking and project management skills
Commercial negotiation skills

岗位职责

1. 负责海外俱乐部生态管理，包括职业赛事规则制定、优化、战队日常沟通管理，国际赛现场战队管理工作；
2. 了解PUBGM用户需求，结合产品、赛事及生态情况，制定符合产品的俱乐部激励计划及运营计划，促进海外头部俱乐部的长期持续发展。

岗位要求

1. 有战队/联盟管理工作经验3年或以上，中英文流利，均可作为工作语言；
2. 热爱游戏，热爱电竞，对电竞和俱乐部运营有深入的研究和独特理解，有创新精神，有电竞联盟相关工作经验者优先；
3. 良好的跨团队协作及沟通能力，局部优先的商业谈判，项目管理能力。
