Relax Gaming is a leading B2B supplier in the iGaming industry, delivering innovative, premium-quality content and aggregation solutions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Regional Business Manager to lead our commercial efforts from our Gibraltar office. 

This is a pivotal role for someone with a sharp commercial mindset and proven leadership capabilities, ideally within the iGaming space. You’ll be responsible for driving growth, developing long-term operator relationships, and overseeing the Gibraltar-based Account Management team to ensure our commercial targets are not only met, but exceeded.
You will also collaborate cross-functionally to align regional activities with company strategy, while continuously refining growth plans based on market trends, customer insights, and competitor analysis. 

What You'll Do: 

• Drive regional business strategy and growth initiatives
  
• Build and sustain long-term operator relationships
  
• Lead and develop the Gibraltar-based Account Management team
  
• Monitor and improve account performance through KPIs
  
• Manage a select group of Tier 1 clients directly
  
• Deliver regular performance reports to senior management
  
• Mentor team members and support ongoing training
  
• Oversee financial and operational reporting
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  
• Maintain high standards across all team activities 

What You'll Bring:  

• 10+ years of experience in a commercial role
  
• Extensive experience in the iGaming industry
  
• Experience of people management 
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-value clients and complex accounts
  
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a related field (preferred)
  
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
  
• Comfortable navigating a matrix organization and driving results collaboratively 

Life at Relax Gaming in Gibraltar  
This role is based in our Gibraltar office, in the World Trade Centre, ideally located just a short walking distance from the town centre.  The Relax team is a small group with our own space, within the larger FDJ United office. Which provides all the benefits of a top tier office. You will be joining a close-knit, cross-functional, multi cultural team, known for its collaborative spirit, supportive culture, and regular social events that bring everyone together and build bonds inside and outside of the office.
