ABOUT THE ROLE

As Head of Media, you’ll lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of all media activity across digital, offline, affiliate, and social channels, ensuring our brands deliver efficient customer acquisition and strong commercial returns. You will own the entire media budget, making key decisions on channel investment, allocation, and optimisation to drive performance and growth.

You’ll manage four specialist teams — Digital Media, Offline Media, Affiliates, and Social & Content — and act as the main point of accountability for media performance and spend. This is a pivotal leadership role, working cross-functionally with Marketing, CRM, Brand & Creative, Finance, and our media agencies, combining strategic oversight with hands-on performance management. It’s the ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on commercial responsibility and leading high-performing, multi-channel media teams.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Owning the full media budget, including annual planning, in-year allocation, forecasting, and investment decisions

Leading a multi-channel media team across Digital (PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic, App), Offline (TV, Radio, OOH), Affiliates, and Social & Content

Making channel-level investment decisions based on performance, opportunity, and strategic priorities

Overseeing all campaign planning and execution to drive profitable acquisition at scale

Acting as the lead contact for media agencies, overseeing their planning, spend governance, and optimisation

Collaborating with Activation and RTB teams to shape integrated, campaign-ready media plans

Partnering with Finance and Data teams to deliver accurate forecasting, reporting, and media performance reviews

Ensuring effective use of attribution models and tracking systems to evaluate channel contribution and ROI

Driving creative innovation, testing frameworks, and channel-specific content strategies

Leading, developing, and motivating the media team to deliver best-in-class performance and collaboration

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

Proven experience leading multi-channel media teams with full budget ownership and P&L accountability

Strong understanding of media performance across digital acquisition, ATL, affiliates, and content

Demonstrated ability to make strategic budget allocation decisions based on performance, forecasting, and growth plans

Expertise in working with attribution frameworks, agency partners, and campaign tracking systems

Commercially sharp with a data-driven mindset and experience in ROI modelling and forecasting

Strong cross-functional skills — able to influence and collaborate across Marketing, Finance, CRM, and Product

A confident and empowering leadership style, able to manage both strategic direction and operational delivery
