The Opportunity

What You’ll Contribute
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with cross function teams to define FICO’s growth opportunity, while developing business and operational models to allow our Software Leadership team to make sound decisions about where to invest.
You will provide strategic and analytic thought leadership on our regional and vertical expansion opportunity, by valuing the growth potential of our named account and partner client base.
You will pair the valuation of our growth opportunity with frameworks for operational planning that will give senior leadership the tools they need to evaluate transformational decisions using data.
You will be responsible for developing an in-depth understanding of the drivers of growth for the software organization and acting as a conduit of valuable information between the various functional units across the business.
You will enable strategic planning via advanced growth, operational and financial business modeling, including the continued evolution of our GTM framework via compelling insights about the health and efficiency of the business.
You will continue to refine our Software Operating model via expanded detail on new business growth projections, headcount demand/coverage, baseline churn forecasts, and COGS & expense projections, while coordinating with FP&A to unite our operational & financial outlooks on growth.
This role will report to the Senior Director of Business Strategy & Insights and will be responsible for supporting initiatives that help our FICO teams around the world to scale and accelerate annual recurring revenue growth.
What We’re Seeking
The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years relevant work experience developing key strategic business initiatives to define, evolve and operationalize business growth strategies that drive annual recurring revenue streams for enterprise software companies.
This individual will interface with numerous internal groups and must be able to quickly form productive and positive working relationships with staff of varying technical and business backgrounds and skill levels across cross-functional organizations.
Prior experience in cloud/SaaS strategy, transformation and change management a plus specifically with large enterprise software applications and initiatives.
Advanced financial and business acumen, with added advantage of understanding the organizational structure and hierarchy within a banking environment.
Understanding of annual recurring revenue targets of enterprise businesses and how to work with sales teams to value the Addressable Market of customers.
Comfortable in high risk and high visibility situations. Experienced in professional facilitation of activities and status communications at the senior leadership level.
Flexibility to work with global teams in different time zones.
Flexible, adaptable, and able to respond to shifting and competing priorities.
Someone with an inherently positive attitude, natural curiosity, and high-level collaboration skills will fit well in our team and culture.
Experience with Salesforce CRM and Excel is required, with additional knowledge of SQL databases and Tableau a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics or related field is preferred. Master’s degree is a plus.

The targeted base pay range for this role is: $121,000 to $190,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
