Nielsen seeks a Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist (English/Spanish) to manage relationships with Nielsen panel families in Mexico. Responsibilities include conducting phone interviews, verifying eligibility, ensuring proper equipment installation and maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and collecting device information to maintain data integrity. Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills are crucial. This remote role requires a quiet workspace, high-speed internet, flexibility for evening/weekend work, and mandatory in-person orientation in Mexico City. Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential. The ideal candidate possesses excellent negotiation and customer service skills, strong computer skills (iOS, Windows, Google Applications), and knowledge of WiFi and networking. Meeting performance goals related to sample quality and customer satisfaction is key.

Exciting Work-From-Home Opportunity: Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist at Nielsen supporting our Mexico operation. Eligible candidates must reside within 2 hours of Mexico City.
As a Bilingual Contact Center Sr Specialist, you'll be the face of Nielsen, building and maintaining relationships with our panel families. You'll recruit, coach, and support Nielsen households, ensuring their active participation and the integrity of our data collection process.
Job Responsibilities & Home Office Requirements
