Job Description
As Store Manager, you set your store’s standard in customer service, employee performance, and overall store success. You’ll lead the charge on your store’s day-to-day operations, help your staff eclipse Trek’s high customer service standards, and guide your team to frequent sales and service successes. You’ll be the one who’s ultimately accountable for all decisions relating to the day-to-day operation of your store.
Responsibilities:
General
Direct Responsible Individual for day-to-day operations
Store opening & morning huddles and end of day cash-up
Team communications & improving store culture
Run a profitable busieness and own your P&L
Sales
Direct Responsible Individual for global reporting structure and data metrics
Posts and update daily/weekly/monthly sales goals, results and KPI’s and communicate to team
Support sales team with measurable goals and training
Service
Maintain Trek service standards
Serve as a competent Service Advisor
Assist Service Manager in running a profitable service business
Training & Development
Ensure all staff maintain Trek University Guide Status
Host sales and service training through targeted role plays, observing customer interactions and more
Requirements
