Experience Required: 0-1 Year
Location: Gurgaon (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Assist customers with product or service-related issues and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and satisfaction.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (both verbal and written).
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline. (Mandatory)
