As Risk and Fraud Specialist, you will be reporting directly to our Head of Customer Experience and working closely with our Director of Operations. You will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and mitigating risks related to fraud, abuse and financial activities within our iGaming operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity of our platform, protecting both the company and its customers from potential financial and reputational damage. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in fraud prevention and risk management, particularly in the iGaming sector. You will be playing a crucial role in maintaining and fostering a positive and highly productive work environment for our operations team.
What your role will look like:
Note: The role is office-based in Malta with a hybrid option and requires frequent travel, at least once per quarter, to our office in Bitola, North Macedonia to oversee the team, conduct on-site meetings, and ensure smooth team operations.
