Job Description:
Responsibilities
· Develop the internal global Pardot(Account Engagement) instance as an enterprise solution.
· Work alongside Salesforce development team to create a seamless journey from Pardot Lead Generation through to Salesforce Opportunity Management (Lead-to-Opportunity).
· Provide extensive custom development of the Pardot platform.
· Configure and implement multiple Pardot Business-Units to support the dentsu global brand and local marketing teams.
· Work alongside campaign/marketing managers to tailor Pardot for high-class lead generation.
· Ensure the integration from Pardot Salesforce is maintained and upgraded as needed.
· Manage all 3rd party platforms within Pardot (GA, G360 etc).
· Contribute know-how of advanced system administration and configuration (Objects, Reports, Dashboards, Approval Processes, Workflow Rules, Security and Permissions).
· Implement best practices and utilize them to train and mentor other developers and team members.
· Bring expertise in estimating and prioritizing workload adequately for themselves and team members.
· Responsible for the effective execution and ongoing support of Pardot projects and initiatives.
· Constantly looking for ways to improve the platform through Pardot best practice and ongoing feature upgrades.
· Knowledge of options and how to handle security requirements such as single sign on and data security.
· Understand Salesforce development methods.
· Provide assistance to testers and support other teams in troubleshooting system issues.
Requirements
· 4+ years of Pardot development experience.
· Proven track record of developing a high class Pardot instance.
· Salesforce.com Administrator certification is essential.
· Salesforce.com Pardot certificates are essential.
· Experience within a large, global organisation would be advantageous.
· Strong problem-solving skills, data and software applications.
· Ability to work on own or part of a team.
· High energy and passion for the job with a can-do attitude.
· Must be a self-starter and willing to get stuck in.
· Strong organizational skills and resourcefulness.
· Proven ability to deliver on commitments.
· Experience with:
o Pardot – Essential
o Sales Cloud – Preferred
o Lightning Force – Preferred
o Visual Force – Preferred
o APEX (Write and Read) – Nice to have
o SOAP and REST API – Nice to have
o Application Integration – Preferred
o Salesforce DX – Preferred
o Jira/Confluence – Preferred
