Job Description

This role requires a Customer Master Data Management expert to standardize and optimize the customer master landscape within Mobility Aftermarket (MA) worldwide. Responsibilities include creating business master data concepts, conducting FIT/GAP analyses, data clean-up, implementing concepts within IT projects (like S/4 Hana), end-to-end testing, key user training, increasing master data quality, leading digitalization projects, introducing master data KPIs, supporting peers in data modeling, and providing 3rd-level support. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Customer Master Management, O2C/R2S processes, SAP R/3 and S/4 MDM, and Athena Stibo-Step. Project management, data modeling, and agile principles are also essential.

Job Description

A Customer Master Data Management expert capable of standardizing and continuously optimizing the customer master landscape within Mobility Aftermarket (MA) worldwide.

Creation of business master data concepts in alignment with operational departments, Process Owners and central Robert Bosch governance functions to ensure the fit for MA.

conducting FIT/GAP analyzes and drive data clean-up activities as preparation for IT projects. In alignment with IT departments, you implement concepts within IT projects like S/4 Hana, perform end-to-end testing and conduct Key User trainings.

Increasing master data quality and driver. Lead customer master digitalization projects and introduce master data KPI’s supported by automated analytics solutions with a focus on fast and scalable solutions.

To support and educate peers in data modeling and rule-based master data management. You consult Key User and provide 3rd Level support.

QualificationsEducation: completed university studies (master's degree/diploma/PhD) in business, economics, computer science or a comparable subject

Experience and Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Customer Master Management, Process Knowledge ideally in O2C and/or R2S, SAP R/3 and S/4 MDM, Athena Stibo-Step, Project Management Skills, Data and Information Modeling Skills, Agile Principles Preferred: Data Analytics Skills

Personality and Working Practice: dynamic, independent, solution oriented, teamplayer, realiable way of working

Languages: English business fluent in written and spoken

Qualifications

Graudation (master's degree/diploma/PhD) in business, economics, computer science or a comparable subject
