The Saudi eCommerce Lead will manage the hp.com eCommerce business for Saudi Arabia, overseeing direct sales to consumers and SMB customers through various channels, including online sales and marketplaces. Responsibilities include full P&L accountability, managing a virtual end-to-end business unit covering digital marketing, UX, merchandising, sales, operations, and customer service. The role involves defining the 4P strategy, driving profitable growth, providing customer insights, and collaborating with internal teams. The candidate will be responsible for the entire customer interface and will lead change within the organization's approach to the online/digital ecosystem. This position requires strategic thinking, leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should also have strong analytical skills and effective communication skills.

Saudi eCommerce Lead

Description -

Responsibilities
The HP Store Manager leads the hp.com eCommerce business for Saudi Arabia.

The key requirements of the role are:

  • Full P&L accountability for the hp.com eCommerce business
  • Accountable for HP’s direct sales to consumer and SMB customers
  • Sales occur through multiple routes-to-market: online sales, inside tele-sales, HP Branded Store-in-Stores in online marketplaces like Amazon, eBay etc.
  • Manage a virtual end-to-end business unit dedicated to online: digital marketing, UX, merchandising, sales, product marketing, operations, fulfillment, customer service etc.
  • Responsible for demand generation budget.
  • Define the 4P strategy across the online channels - the product portfolio and pricing, the placement of product information to drive sales, any promotional price offerings.
  • P&L management including forecasting and planning
  • Deliver a best-in-class experience that customers are expecting in an Omnichannel world
  • Continue to deliver breakthrough profitable growth
  • Brings customer insights and key trends back into the wider-HP organisation
  • Partner as needed with other key internal functions (product marketing, brand marketing, sales, IT etc.)   
  • Own end to end interface with customer, including content, checkout and customer communications both pre and post sale.
  • Drive change within the organisation and its approach to the online/digital ecosystem
  • The role reports strong line to HP Digital Direct, dotted line to HP MEA


Profile

  • Experience in eCommerce and/or online sales and/or category management
  • Sales leadership experience
  • Act as a General Manager for the business, moving from one function to the next (sales, marketing, operations etc.) daily 
  • Achieved planned financial results within a business at a region/area, business segment, or industry level.
