Job Description

As a Senior Account Manager at Google, you'll build and manage relationships with C-level clients, developing a deep understanding of their business challenges and marketing objectives. You'll strategize growth opportunities across Google's marketing products (app campaigns, Search, Display Network, YouTube), identify new business opportunities, handle objections, and evaluate campaign effectiveness. You'll create data-driven analyses and recommendations aligned with client goals, presenting high-impact opportunities. A strong understanding of Google advertising products and how they meet various marketing objectives is crucial. The role involves working with a team dedicated to helping hybrid companies grow using Google products and services, advising clients on marketing strategies, and serving as an expert advocate for mobile-first businesses.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development, or advertising agencies.
  • Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience handling customer objections and providing strategy recommendations.
  • Experience analyzing data to draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Experience in meeting or exceeding business goals.
  • Experience in mobile, apps and digital advertising.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

As a Growth Manager, you will be part of a team dedicated to helping hybrid companies grow their business using Google products and services. You will advise clients on marketing strategies utilizing all of Google’s marketing products to help them achieve their business goals. You will serve as an expert and advocate for mobile-first businesses within Google.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Strategize opportunities for growth across all of Google’s marketing products, including app campaigns, Google Search, the Google Display Network and YouTube.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities in your book of business, prioritize accounts, handle objections and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
  • Build an in-depth knowledge of how Google advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
