As a regulatory compliance senior analyst, you will be working as part of Nium’s global, dynamic Compliance team. You will be responsible for advising the business on all compliance matters and ensuring the regulatory requirements for Australia are met. The role includes client onboarding, transaction monitoring escalations, and the detection and prevention of financial crime including, money laundering, and terrorist financing. You will implement effective Compliance Programs, provide advisory on Regulatory Compliance and AML CFT related requirements, improve and streamline end to end compliance operational processes, ensure Client Due Diligence requests are resolved, perform AML reviews, prepare Suspicious Transaction Reports (STR), drive the regulatory engagement agenda, and ensure proper regulatory and AML/CFT reporting to the AUSTRAC. Additionally, you will prepare reports to Senior Management and Compliance Committees and lead the roll out and ongoing management of the Compliance Training Framework.
