Job Description
nFocus Solutions is seeking a Course Developer to create curriculum products for the Mission Command Digital Master Gunner Course (MCDMGC). The role involves developing the course curriculum, including programs of instruction, lesson plans, and assessment products. The curriculum will cover topics such as Army Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), and other related systems. The developer will work to integrate and leverage Mission Command Information Systems. The job also requires to create administrative data. The ideal candidate must have experience in Army curriculum development and must have experience with MS Office tools.
Must have:
- Bachelor's Degree in adult education or a related field
- Minimum of one year experience with Mission Command Information System
- Working knowledge of the Training Development Capability
- Minimum of two years of experience in Army curriculum
- Extensive experience/knowledge of MS Office tools
Good to have:
- Experience as a staff officer or senior NCO
- Digital Master Gunner Course Graduate
- Former Digital Master Gunner Course instructor
- Master’s Degree in Adult Education
- Military Education Level 4 Qualified

- Distributed Common Ground System-Army (DCGS-A)
- Global Command and Control System (GCCS)
- Develop the course curriculum for the MCDMGC to include:
- Program of Instruction
- Lesson Plans
- Assessment Products
- Course Administrative Data
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in adult education or a related field
- Minimum of one year of experience with Mission Command Information System integration at brigade or higher echelons
- Working knowledge of the Training Development Capability
- Minimum of two years of experience in Army curriculum development
- Extensive experience/knowledge of MS Office tools
- Experience as a staff officer or senior NCO at brigade or higher command posts
- Digital Master Gunner Course Graduate
- Former Digital Master Gunner Course instructor/course designer
- Master’s Degree in Adult Education
- Military Education Level 4 Qualified
- Possess clear and precise oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Submit to required background checks
- Able to meet requirements to work on a military installation, including having a valid state driver's license and car insurance.
- Be self-motivated with ability to establish priorities and effectively manage time to complete multiple tasks within specified timeframes
- Be organized with a strong sense of urgency
- Adhere to established guidelines and procedures
- Demonstrate high standards of quality and accuracy
- Be in attendance and punctual as scheduled
- Be completely functional in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Maintain a US Passport
- Be able to travel in support of the mission up to 10% of the time
