Job Description
You have a unique opportunity to join our strong and experienced team and develop your skills as a professional consultant. We expect you to build a long-lasting sustainable career with us. You will take an important part in consulting (e.g. business transformation, risk management) and forensic (e.g. investigations, anti-bribery and anti-corruption reviews, financial crime) projects in Ukraine and beyond. You will have a great occasion to work with our clients representing a broad variety of sectors, industries and geographies.
Our expectations:
Degree in finance / economics / applied mathematics / management or similar is an advantage.
2+ years of professional experience in different spheres of business (e.g. consulting / internal audit / project management / finance / banking / compliance / risk management).
Attention to details and proactive approach to work.
Ability to learn quickly, self-learning.
Analytical and communication skills.
Multitasking and work-mode flexibility.
Capability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Commitment to quality and excellence.
Strong written and verbal English.
Your role will include:
Active involvement in business development activities to help identify opportunities on new/existing clients, i.a. preparation of marketing materials, proposals for prospective clients, etc.
Conducting researches, interviews, data and information gathering, structuring, analysing and visualising.
Assisting in the management and delivery of a wide range of general consulting and forensic projects, i.a. co-development of recommendations for the clients’ challenges and project deliverables.
Managing a team of junior colleagues and working closely with senior colleagues on a daily basis.
Contribution to the development of your own and team's technical acumen.
Keeping up to date with local and national business and economic issues.
