We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior B2B Marketing Manager with at least 5 years of relevant experience to join our team. In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies across our ad-tech gaming business units. You will report to the Head of Marketing and Communications and work across several internal business units.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Sales leadership teams to develop the marketing strategy and plan on a quarterly basis, driving global business growth and maximizing both immediate and long-term ROI.
  • Manage and optimize day-to-day PPC activities, including creative ideation, setup, optimization, and reporting across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Reddit, and more.
  • Own end-to-end B2B event strategy, coordinating operations with different stakeholders, leading the development of all marketing materials, and managing our presence to capture new leads and expand revenue generation with global brands and media agencies.
  • Ideate and execute engaging SEO-optimized content in collaboration with relevant departments. Research and draft copy for all types of ad-tech marketing collateral, including landing pages, lead articles, campaign case studies, and sales emails. Work closely with our design team to translate these into compelling content assets.
  • Drive PR and communication efforts in collaboration with our PR agency, including turning data into compelling stories for press pick-up and framing case studies for global award submissions.
  • Plan and execute customer retention activities, including client entertainment events and gifting.
  • Create and manage multiple industry B2B newsletters within the ad-tech gaming space, responsible for writing content, publishing, and tracking critical performance metrics.
  • Feed, tend to, and walk the office raptors.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent English speaker.
  • 5-8 years of relevant B2B marketing experience. Understanding ad-tech and the gaming industry is a strong bonus.
  • Previous ad-tech marketing experience working with tier-1 global brands, media agencies, DSPs, and SSPs.
  • Experience delivering multi-faceted, multi-channel marketing plans accurately, on time, and within budget.
  • Proven ability to deliver impressive B2B lead generation results within advertising from digital and on-the-ground marketing activities.
  • Ability to create content that engages and persuades, with a proven ability to research, shape, and draft copy for all types of marketing assets within the B2B ad-tech space.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with experience creating and delivering marketing programs in line with larger marketing plans.
  • Intellectually curious and comfortable diving into technical, complex, and nuanced topics.
  • High EQ with the ability to build cross-functional relationships across large teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extremely hands-on and committed to exceptional output.
  • Fast reflexes and the ability to thrive in a raptor-filled environment.
