Senior Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer with 3-6 years of experience in Microsoft Technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a Junior Developer and work with a wide range of technologies and languages, including ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, SQL, Angular, and more. This position involves developing, maintaining, and enhancing our toll plaza management software, integrating hardware components, and ensuring reliable real-time transaction processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance toll plaza management software using ASP.NET and C#.
• Integrate toll collection systems with hardware components such as RFID, cameras, boom barriers, and sensors.
• Implement real-time transaction processing for toll collection, ensuring accuracy and system reliability.
• Participate in the design and development of new features and improvements in .NET Core applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain scalable web applications using Angular, jQuery, JavaScript, and Web API.
• Ensure high-quality code by adhering to software development best practices, including object-oriented programming (OOP) and MVC frameworks.
• Work with relational databases like MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL to manage data storage and processing.
• Use version control tools such as Azure DevOps and Git for code management and deployments.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment and take part in sprint planning, task assignments, and daily stand-ups.
• Ensure successful software releases and version management.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Technologies.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Development, .NET Core Application Development, Angular, Entity Framework, jQuery, JavaScript, and Web API.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft .NET Stack and MVC Framework.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and familiarity with .NET design and architectural patterns.
• Experience with SQL databases and writing efficient stored procedures.
• Hands-on experience with UI development using HTML5, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure PaaS Services.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with SSRS, SSIS, and working in logistics or toll management industries is a plus.
• Knowledge of modern client-side frameworks like Angular.
• Experience with web servers, UI development, and cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with logistics or toll collection systems.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
