We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Enterprise Tools Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and enhancing our enterprise tools ecosystem, with a primary focus on Artifactory administration. You will leverage your scripting and cloud platform expertise to automate processes, improve efficiency, and ensure seamless tool integration. Resposibilities
- Artifactory Administration:
- Manage and maintain our Artifactory instances, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Implement and enforce best practices for artifact management, including repository structure, access control, and retention policies.
- Troubleshoot Artifactory issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures.
- Plan and execute Artifactory upgrades and migrations.
- Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to streamline tool administration, deployment, and integration processes.
- Utilize scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Groovy) to automate repetitive tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort.
- Leverage your working knowledge of AWS (or other cloud platforms) to integrate Artifactory with cloud services and optimize its performance in a cloud environment.
- Assist in the migration of on-premise tools to the cloud.
- Provide timely and effective support to end-users on Artifactory and other enterprise tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Process Improvement and Automation:
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Design and implement solutions to optimize tool performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Artifactory and other tools, including user guides, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
- Develop and deliver training materials to educate users on tool usage and best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with various teams, including development, operations, and security, to ensure seamless tool integration and support.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to implement new tools and technologies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in enterprise tools administration, with a strong focus on Artifactory.
- Proven expertise in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Groovy.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
- Working knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to take ownership and drive projects to completion.
