Responsibilities include supervising studio support services, participating in strategic initiatives, ensuring professional standards, championing DE&I, contributing to studio development, and organizing employee events. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, 5+ years in management and 10+ years in a relevant role, strong leadership and organizational skills, and excellent communication. Knowledge of the entertainment/gaming industry is preferred.

Job Description:

Elsewhere Entertainment is looking for a Senior Manager, Operations to join the development of a new IP.  


Feed your creativity while collaborating with our team of highly-skilled developers to build something innovative, exhilarating, and expansively entertaining. 


As a member of the project, you’ll help take the studio and our game from great to even better—with a focus on inclusivity, mutual respect (for ourselves and our players), thoughtfulness, empathy, professionalism, and collaboration.  


You’ll help us by…  

  • Supervise Studio support services and their respective operations;

  • Participate in the development of strategic initiatives for Elsewhere Entertainment;

  • Ensure consistency and promotion of our standards of professionalism, integrity, ethics, culture and employee experience;

  • Be an ambassador for DE&I initiatives to ensure a safe and inclusive work environment, as well as promote global representation within our teams through recommendations/initiatives developed in collaboration with our talent acquisition department;

  • Contribute to the studio development activities (investments, growth, workspace, etc.);

  • Ensure consistency and application of our objectives, strategies and long-term vision by supporting leadership and engaging team motivation and autonomy;

  • Participate in the organization of exceptional events for employees (launch, parties, etc.).

You’re awesome because you have…  

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related education;

  • 5+ years in a management role and 10+ years in an relevant/related role;

  • Proven leadership and organizational skills;

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability;

  • Understanding of business functions such as Finance & Communication;

  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics;

  • Great communication skills;

  • Knowledge of the entertainment/gaming industry is preferred
