Execution: Ensure all milestones are met on time and within budget.
Manage Risk: Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks and roadblocks.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the development team to ensure client feedback is incorporated into the development process, addressing concerns and resolving issues as needed.

WHAT WE VALUE:
5+ Years: Professional production or project management experience.
Game Experience: Proof that you have shipped more than one game cycle through to release. Experience of certification for current-generation consoles (e.g., Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5) is a plus.
Multi-Discipline Team Experience: Coordinating and/or managing multiple teams of multi-discipline developers.
Strong Organizational Skills: Attention to detail across multiple projects and teams.
Drive: Keep team members working efficiently and effectively toward project goals, maintaining focus on the valuable product increments and scope.
Passion: Championing continuous improvement and setting out new challenges for your studio.
What You May Also Have:
Mentorship Skills: Previous experience managing, coaching or mentoring less experienced producers.
What We Can Offer:
Hybrid Working Arrangement: As a member of our team, you’ll have the flexibility to work at home and collaborate with your fellow engineers in person!
