Job Description

As a Senior Program Manager, Marketing AI Transformation at Google Cloud, you'll design, build, and lead execution of business transformation projects leveraging AI. This involves identifying high-value use cases, advocating for the customer's marketing needs, and developing a prioritization framework for AI-centric projects. You will manage cross-functional teams, align OKRs, secure commitments, and allocate resources to ensure project success. You'll identify areas where AI can accelerate marketing transformation, growth, and productivity across all Google Cloud products and regions. The role demands strong presentation skills and experience with marketing technology and AI.

Must have:

7+ years program/project management experience
Cross-functional project management expertise
Experience with customer engineering and executive presentations
Business transformation initiative execution
AI and marketing technology knowledge

Good to have:

MBA or related advanced degree
Experience in sales, business growth technology, or management consulting
Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in program or project management.
7 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience with customer engineering and building presentations for executive audiences,

MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
Experience with marketing technology, sales, business growth technology, AI, or management consulting.
Track record of driving and executing successful business transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will create capabilities and services across all regions and products to enable Google Cloud Marketers (GCM) to execute their work, drive more impact, and make impactful decisions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$234,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Identify highest value use cases and and design, build and lead execution of associated business transformation projects based on the type of change required, costs, and returns (business impact or efficiency.
Advocate for the customer from a marketing user POV, both sourcing internal Google Marketing as well as external best practices sourced from the most advanced tech marketing teams.
Develop a prioritization framework, recommendations, and an executive decision-making process for investment in associated product strategy, roadmap development and AI-centric marketing transformation projects through pilot and global scale (including enablement).
Ensure the success of transformation projects by aligning OKRs, managing dependencies, securing commitments, and allocating resources across cross-functional teams.
Identify areas within Cloud Marketing where AI can be the catalyst to accelerate modern marketing transformation, growth and productivity.
