Responsibilities 

As our Senior User Acquisition Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving Play Perfect’s growth and success by:

• End-to-End UA Strategy & Execution: Independently plan, launch, manage, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across all major channels—including PPC platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok), DSPs, SDK networks, and incentivized partners. 
• Full-Funnel Strategy: Build and execute user acquisition strategies across multiple touchpoints and audience segments.
• Advanced Creative Testing: Define testing methodologies and lead creative experimentation with cross-functional teams.
• In-Depth Analysis: Use tools like Looker and advanced Excel to evaluate ROAS, LTV, CPI, and retention.
• Own Relationships: Manage and grow relationships with UA partners, agencies, and ad tech providers.
