Job Description
The Service Porter is responsible for moving service customer vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility, increase customer convenience, and maintain an orderly service parking area. Additionally, the service porter will assist with home deliveries for service clients. Duties include picking up and delivering vehicles, greeting customers with a friendly attitude, using technology to manage the fleet, performing basic porter duties, and providing excellent customer service and professionalism.
Must have:
- Pick up and deliver vehicles in the Roaring Fork, Grand, and Vail valleys.
- Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Use technology to manage the fleet of new cars.
- Perform basic porter duties like intake and key control.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Job Details
The Service Porter is responsible for moving service customer vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility, and increase customer convenience and maintaining an orderly service parking area. In addition, a more concierge service approach, the service porter will also assist with home deliveries for service clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Picking up and Delivering vehicles to our clients in the Roaring Fork, Grand, and Vail valleys. Enjoy driving top end luxury vehicles through our beautiful landscape!
- Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat professional attitude, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location
- Using technology to help mind our fleet of brand new cars to service our clients.
- Performs basic Porter duties - intake of vehicles, key control, keeping our service area clean and other duties assigned.
- Excellent customer service and professionalism.
