Software Engineer in Test

Role: Mid-level SDET

Location: Bangalore, India

Duration: Long term contract (potential conversion to full time)

Must Haves:

• 3-5 years' experience with object-oriented programming languages and techniques C#, Java, or TypeScript
• 3-5 years of experience developing and maintaining test automation for Web & Mobile Applications and frontend test automation
• Solid understanding of QA tools and automated testing environments
• Experience in developing end-to-end tests on the frontend
• Experience working in an Agile Scrum QA environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and great problem solving skills

Plusses:

• Familiarity with CRM applications
• Experience with data migration processes
• Proficiency in developing test frameworks

Job Description:

As a Software Development Engineer in Test, You will be part of a quality engineering team working on the latest technologies in an exciting fast-growing company. They are looking for a mid-level Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET). You will be responsible for finding, analyzing, and reporting defects and other software issues. SDET will work collaboratively with the development and product management teams to ensure their software is free of defects and meets established quality standards and system requirements. Your primary focus will be manual testing as well as automated testing.

Interview Process:

• 1st round: Hiring manager meets with candidate for behavioral/some technical round
• 2nd (final) round: Software Engineering manager meets candidate for technical round
