We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer to join our development team for a React and .NET web application. The ideal candidate will have expertise in automated testing using Python and Robot Framework, as well as experience with Jira and Azure DevOps. A strong understanding of CI/CD processes is essential. This role will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our web application through comprehensive testing and quality assurance practices.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Robot Framework

Design and execute manual and automated test cases for React and .NET components

Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve software defects

Manage test cases, bug reports, and project documentation in Jira

Utilize Azure DevOps for version control, build management, and deployment

Participate in CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance

Perform functional, regression, and performance testing

Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to the development team

Contribute to improving overall software quality and testing processes

Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging testing technologies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

4+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing

Proficiency in Python programming and test automation using Robot Framework

Knowledge of automated API testing and tools like Postman or SoapUI

Experience testing React-based front-end applications

Familiarity with .NET framework and C# programming language

Familiarity with Agile development methodologiess

Strong knowledge of Jira for project management and bug tracking

Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and practices

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
