The role requires hands-on coding in Node.js (backend) and C# (Unity, frontend), utilizing best engineering methodologies.  The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of software engineering experience, including backend development for high-scale systems, experience with cloud-based architectures (AWS), and proven team leadership skills. Strong communication in Hebrew and English is essential.
