Job Description

LogicX seeks a dedicated Support Engineer to provide technical support for logic-based rule creation and address client requirements. This role involves close collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality support and resolve technical issues effectively. Responsibilities include working with rules engines, workflow automation tools, troubleshooting, and communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with various coding or scripting languages such as .Net, JavaScript, or Python is beneficial.

Must have:

2+ years tech support/engineering experience
Experience with rules engines/workflow automation
Basic coding/scripting knowledge (.Net, JavaScript, Python)
Strong communication skills
Collaborative & proactive problem-solving skills

Description

Requirements

Basic coding or scripting knowledge (e.g., .Net, JavaScript, Python, or similar).
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client support.
