Description

We're seeking highly driven, executive with an open, collaborative and team-based approach to leadership and management to lead our North American based sales team. Reporting directly to the EVP and acting as a key member of the Americas leadership team, in this position you will have responsibility for leading the sales engagement of over 90,000 customers across enterprise, mid-market, and SMB segments in North America.  As a Sales Leader you will champion close working relationships and partnership with internal and external partners to ensure the sales organization's efficient operation and success and will lead teams through technology and process transformation. 

This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in scaling and redefining sales teams, demonstrating innovative sales technologies, and driving customer-centric growth strategies. 

Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for leading the North America Sales organization supporting over 90,0000 customers; aligned to enterprise, mid-markets and SMB (sales assist customers) customer segments 
  • Identifying, securing and maximizing growth potential of new customers 
  • Proven track record of scaling and transforming sales team performance across both enterprise and mid-market segments 
  • Experience in leading sales teams through sales technology and tools transformation and adoption  
  • Strong analytical problem solver, using data and tooling to drive decision-making 
  • Robust sales processes adopting best in class and innovative sales leadership practices to drive growth in upsell, cross sell and new logo (AI experience a plus)  
  • Inspiring leader to motivate and get the best from the team across all segments 
  • Customer centric leader who puts the customer at the heart of the decisions  
  • Ability to drive alignment across the organization both domestically and globally 

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale sales organizations in both Enterprise and Mid-Market environments, achieving significant revenue growth and market expansion in the communications technology segment. 
  • Experience in driving sales technology and tooling transformations, with a deep understanding of CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and other sales enablement technologies. 
  • Strong analytical approach, proficient in using data and insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales performance. 
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower teams to deliver outstanding results across diverse customer segments. 
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within a sales organization. 
  • Customer-centric approach, with a demonstrated commitment to understanding and exceeding customer expectations. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and establish relationships at all levels of the organization.

The annual salary range for this position is $274,560 - $343,200. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be $109,824 - $137,280 annually and are based on performance.
