The essence of the role

• Design and develop automation workflows, solutions, and processes using Chatlayer
• Design, develop, test, and support the implementation of Chatbot solutions in support of business requirements, software, and industry best practices using the Chatlayer,
• Implement bot best practices and ensure compliance with security and data protection guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows and bots.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance of automation solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Who are you?

• Experience as a Power Automate Developer or any other tool or in a similar role.
• Worked on full bot development, end-to-end.
• Knowledge of workflow design and documentation.
• Ability to analyse and optimize business processes for automation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• In depth integration with REST( JSON) / SOAP API or any third party integrations via API

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience: 0-6 Months
• Educational Qualification: BSc. (Computer Science)/BCA

Big plus!

• Familiarity with Active Directory / LDAP / SOAP / SAML / Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)/ SSL / TSL / HTTP and HTTPS / URIs / DNS / SSO / IDM will be great advantage.
• Knowledge of JavaScript.
