Lukáš brings an extensive background in auditing, with 13 years of rich and varied experiences. He has navigated through a diverse range of roles, from assurance senior manager to team leader or staff manager role, equipping him with a deep understanding of the industry and relevant business needs. His latest endeavour involves spearheading the development of our team of ESG specialists. Beyond work, he enjoys travelling, hiking and running, reflecting his well-rounded personality and commitment to a balanced lifestyle.
In our assurance department, you'll oversee two key segments: ESG and Core audit, serving both local and international clients. Joining our enthusiastic and diverse team within a dynamic environment, your focus will be on identifying opportunities to bring value to our clients, our teams, and yourself. You'll play a crucial role in coordinating international teams for your projects, sharpening your stakeholder management skills, and taking on exciting challenges alongside a diverse group of team members.
60% of your time: ESG
Support the assurance ESG team in building the ESG center of excellence within the core audit department.
Support clients in developing and providing assurance on sustainability strategies, decarbonization measures, and sustainability risks reports (ESG reporting).
Review content for mandatory ESG disclosures including country-specific reports, and advise on areas for improvement.
40% of your time: Core audit
Conducting reviews of financial statements and maintaining active engagement with clients.
Engage with clients, gathering documents and assessing control environments for audits.
Coordinate with interns and collaborate closely with colleagues in the competence center.
University degree in Business, Environmental Science, Sustainability or related field.
Experience in ESG/Sustainability is an advantage but enthusiasm and willingness to learn is more important.
Excellent English and Czech/Slovak language skills.
Interest in helping clients develop/implement their sustainability strategies or measures.
Ability to think “outside the box” and apply creative and constructive thinking.
Teaming with others, including building solid and collaborative relationships with team members and seeking and providing guidance, clarification and feedback.
Communicating effectively in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats.
