Job Description

The Administrateur système is responsible for maintaining and deploying new systems in accordance with established processes, including checklists, change advisory board (CAB), and patch management. They will optimize and exploit the IT infrastructure, managing systems and applications while monitoring and tuning their performance. They will also resolve incidents following alerts, participate in asset management, and ensure proper backups. The role involves maintaining links between production, clients, and IT teams, as well as facilitating project setup with clients, managing licenses, and ensuring security through ISO 27001 compliance. Additionally, the Administrateur système will provide helpdesk services according to service level agreements (SLAs) and create quality documentation such as data analysis and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Monitor and tune system & applications performance.
  • Ensure proper backups.
  • Connect with clients for fast project setup.
  • Manage licenses.
  • Ensure ISO 27001 compliance.
  • Provide helpdesk service according to the SLA.
  • Provide quality documentation (DAT, SOP, User guides).

Job Details

RESPONSABILITIES :

*Maintain and deploy new systems accordance with the processes (Checklist, CAB, patch management)

*Optimize and exploite the IT infrastructure and continue to manage the systems and applications

*Monitor, tune system & applications performance and resolution of incidents following alerts

*Participation in asset management

*Ensure that backups are working properly

*Ensure the link between production, clients and IT teams

*Connect with the clients. Ensure fast project setup between the team of the client and our own team (System / network / security questionnary)

*Licenses management

*Complete security review and help to ensure ISO 27001

*Provide helpdesk service to users in accordance with the SLA

*Provide quality documentation (DAT, SOP, User guides)
