This role involves providing tax advisory services related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Responsibilities include tax structuring and restructuring for M&A, IPOs, and reorganizations; conducting tax due diligence for both buyers and sellers; managing projects and collaborating with other departments and international firms; handling post-merger integration, including intangible asset integration and value chain optimization; and providing general corporate tax consulting and tax treaty application services. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience in tax advisory or auditing, and excellent English proficiency (Linguaskill 150/TOEIC 650 or equivalent).
