As the Talent Strategist, EU, you’ll play a key role in managing talent relationships, overseeing campaign performance, and establishing long-term partnerships. You’ll work closely with our internal teams to create talent-focused campaigns that align with Team Liquid’s goals and deliver exceptional results.

In addition to shaping talent strategy and managing contract negotiations, you’ll ensure campaigns meet key performance indicators (KPIs) for audience growth, engagement, and revenue. Your ability to manage relationships with talent and external partners, while increasing fan engagement and revenue, will be essential to the ongoing success of our talent roster.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Work with internal teams to plan and execute talent-focused campaigns that align with business goals.
  • Manage talent relationships and ensure alignment with Team Liquid’s brand values and performance goals.
  • Oversee Influencer Sales Development by securing new partnerships with talent and brands that generate revenue.
  • Coordinate contract negotiations with influencers, securing arrangements that benefit both talent and Team Liquid.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as audience engagement, campaign performance, and revenue.
  • Guide talent managers, ensuring their growth and effectiveness through regular feedback and reviews.
  • Continuously refine team processes, identifying new tools and methods to improve efficiency.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or strategic partnerships, ideally in the esports, gaming, or entertainment industries.
  • Proven experience managing relationships with talent and negotiating contracts.
  • Experience in sales, particularly in securing talent or influencer-based partnerships.
  • Strong grasp of influencer marketing metrics and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%, domestically and internationally.
  • Fluent in English
