Job Purpose
The Project Manager plays a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing event-related projects to contribute to Team Liquid Indonesia’s business development initiatives. This role ensures that both online and offline events are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand goals. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in project budgeting, vendor coordination, and cross-functional team management.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Plan and manage the execution of events and projects from concept through completion, including but not limited to brand activations (online & on-ground), community engagements, and campaigns.
- Work closely with the Business Development Sales team to align project deliverables with client expectations and commercial goals.
- Prepare, control, and track event budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and financial accuracy
- Create and manage project timelines, task assignments, and resource allocation
- Source, coordinate, and negotiate with vendors, venues, production crews, and freelancers for event logistics
- Monitor and ensure quality execution of both digital and physical events
- Work with internal departments (design, marketing, talent) to ensure project assets and deliverables are completed on time
- Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting to measure project success and recommend improvements
- Identify and mitigate risks or issues throughout project timelines
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality expectations and brand standards
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external partners
- Track and report key metrics related to budget usage, timelines, and project outcomes to stakeholders.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Event Management, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing events or project-based campaigns, preferably in esports, gaming, or creative agencies
- Strong understanding of event budgeting, vendor management, and timeline execution
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience handling both virtual and physical event execution
